Eastern States Cup – Stan’s Enduro Series Jiminy Peak

The Eastern States Cup (ESC) is one of our favorite mountain bike racing series in the US. The 3rd stop of the ESC – Stan’s Enduro Series is at Jiminy Peak. This resort has a higher percentage of technical terrain than its fellow Western Massachusetts bike park, Thunder Mountain. There is no such thing as a machine-built flow or jump trail at this bike park. Every run has a narrow corridor, was hand-built, and tends to use the steepest route down the mountain. Jiminy will provide some great options for a day full of two-wheeled racing. 

History

The MAXXIS Eastern States Cup (i.e. ESC) began in 2010 as a USA Cycling Eastern Regional Downhill MTB Championship Series, with two USA Cycling State Championships. Over the years they’ve continued to expand. As part of this series they added the Enduro Series in 2013.
