Red Lodge Skijoring 2025

Red Lodge Ski-Joring Association has been hosting the National Finals Ski-Joring Races since 1986.
The National Finals are an action packed competition wherein teams of horse, rider and skier negotiate a 700+ foot course, the horse and rider taking a track to the inside of the course while the skier in tow, negotiates 12 slalom gates and three jumps in hopes of completing two fast, clean runs. That isn’t so easy at speeds sometimes topping 25 mph.
Awards go to the fastest combined times for the two day event as well as fastest times each day.
Races start at 11:00 am both days and commence at approximately 3pm.
Join the Red-Lodge Ski-Joring Association Saturday night at Snow Creek Saloon for a Calcutta where proceeds benefit local charities.
Ticket Prices
$10 for adults for a daily ticket (Saturday or Sunday)
$15 for adults for a two-day pass (Saturday AND Sunday)
Kids under the age of 10 get in free
