Upper Clackamas Whitewater Festival 2024 – Portland

Started in 1984 the Upper Clackamas Whitewater Festival 2024 edition is marking its 38th anniversary! It’s a weekend of fun, exciting whitewater activities, and most of all an opportunity for the Pacific Northwest community to come together and enjoy this awesome river. It’s also one of the premiere whitewater festivals in North America.
The goal of this festival is to:
- Promote river education
- Safety
- Competition
- Camaraderie
- River stewardship
