Great Dane

Even though Miller is based in Wisconsin, the state has always been known for their deep selection of micro-breweries. The Great Dane was my first foray in craft beers back in 1999 and I still have fond memories of their downtown location. They’ve expanded over the years to have multiple restaurants, but the original will always have a place in my heart. Located in a historic building that used to be a Rathskeller they serve awesome beers and fantastic burgers that won’t disappoint. Besides the normal pub section they also have a pool hall so while grabbing a bite to eat you can get a quick game of 8-ball in. I don’t know about you, but that sounds like heaven after a day on the slopes.
