Canuck Splitboard Fest 2024

The Canuck Splitfest is the first splitfest ever organized in North America and biggest splitfest in the world. The goal is to gather the entire splitboard community, from participants to brands. Over the years, attendees has increased to over 300 participants joining the event. Event goers aren’t only from Canada, but also from the US.
What Makes Canuck Splitfest Interesting
Another unique aspect of the event is that the majority of the crowd is highly experienced, leading to high end conversations. Along with the speakers and forecasters the event has become a tribe gathering for like-minded backcountry enthusiasts and industry denizens as well.
Proceeds Go To A Good Cause
Finally, the event helps raise money for both Avalanche Canada Fund and the Craig Kelly Memorial Scholarship. The Avalanche Canada Fund promotes public avalanche education and facilitates the creation of avalanche bulletins across Canada. While the Craig Kelly Memorial Scholarship is set up for snowboarders pursuing a career in guiding or avalanche protection to assist them with furthering their training.
