Trew to You – Ski Movie Premiere – Whistler

Trew scoured hundreds of applications + selected 6 teams to create a 3-5 min film showcasing their personality, their perspectives, their local stomping grounds, and what it means to them to “Stay TREW”…and they put up $15,000 as a grand prize. Now, with Fall ’25 upon us, each individual teams’ 3–5 minute edit has been combined into a longer-form film and they’re getting stoked to take this show on the road with screenings in each teams’ respective hometowns.

Party Laps

Team Party Laps from British Columbia is most at home ripping the parks of Whistler Blackcomb or heading into the backcountry in search of trees to tap, cliffs to drop, and rollovers to butter. A mix of both ex and current competitive big mountain and slopestyle riders; Cole Isfan, Tristan Curran, Jonathan Chartrand, Leif Gascoigne, and Carter Edwards will show the teams adventures in the mountains using interesting captures that cut between a variety of camera angles, riders, points of view, and cinematography styles to show the hype that is the party lap!
