Using the power of film, art, and ideas to inspire audiences to create a better world. Not just one movie but a selection of culturally rich, adventure-packed, and incredibly inspiring documentary films curated from the Mountainfilm festival in Telluride, Colorado.
TREW To You – Community Film Project
Last year, they scoured hundreds of applications + selected 10 teams to create a 3-5 min film showcasing their personality, their perspectives, their local stomping grounds, and what it means to them to “Stay TREW”…and put up $15,000 as a grand prize. Now, with Fall ’24 upon us, each individual teams’ 3–5 minute edit has been combined into a longer-form film and stoke is ramping up to take this show on the road with screenings in each teams’ respective hometowns. Here’s just a teaser of what is to come…..

The Search Party crew ensures that the latest addition to the Videograss canon is an apt continuation of its legacy. Justin Meyer, Colton Morgan, Parish Isaacs, and the rest of the Search Party production team spanned the planet stacking clips and seeking spots. Logging footage for mass consumption at coordinates unknown.

Volcom – SOFIA
I might be showing my age, but I remember spotting “The Stone” at our local skateboard and snowboard shop back in high school. A brand that did things a little differently and had a more punk-like edge to it than other brands such as Burton. While their clothing has always been their staple, their films—such as “Subjekt Haakonsen” and “Mr. Plant“—stand out as different than the rest and yet uniquely snowboarding at its core. For this year, the film coming out is “SOFIA” – a story of the half-day ticket. I KNOW it will be different. Beautiful and yet as they say “true to this.”
